Meet our Doctors

Dr. Tadros received his dental degree from the University of San Francisco, California in 1988 and his specialist degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania in 1992. His postgraduate training has included comprehensive programs in Dental Implantology at the Medical College of Georgia, which was co-sponsored by American Academy of Implant Dentistry. In 2005, Dr. Tadros was recognized and achieved becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/ Implant Dentistry. Dr. Tadros is certified in IV conscious sedation dentistry through Miami Valley Hospital. He is on staff at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, Clearwater. Dr. Tadros, among other professional organizations, is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Doctor Tadros has been closely affiliated with implants and general dentistry in Tampa Bay since 2000. He was named associate managing partner,working shoulder to shoulder with the inventor and pioneer of implant dentistry, Doctor Hilt Tatum. When Doctors Borgner, Sheldon, and Tatum retired in 2006, Dr. Tadros took over the practice. That was, however, not the end of education for Dr. Tadros. He immersed himself in cosmetic rejuvenation, learning about Botox, Juviderm, Restylane and Radiasse. Dr. Tadros has received training certifications in Laser and Light Cosmetic rejuvenation procedures.

Dr. Tadros is a member of the American Board of Oral Implantology/ Implant Dentistry, a member of the American Board of Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Tadros enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children. He also enjoys playing tennis. Dr. Tadros is very appreciative of his family and staff for helping him build his dream to provide complete restorative cosmetic and dental services, all under one roof.

Lauris Wallace, D.M.D. is a native Floridian originally from Jacksonville, FL.

Among her academic achievements, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Florida in 1998 and her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2004. She also completed one year in a certified Advanced General Dentistry residency in Miami, FL in 2005.

Dr. Wallace received her specialist degree in Orthodontics from the University of Colorado Denver Health Science Center in 2007. She is also certified in Invisalign and placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices. Dr. Wallace is a Board Certified Orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Waguih El Masry graduated from University of Alexandria Egypt earning his Medical Degree in 1989. Dr. Masry continued his studies in 1991 at Ohio State University, concentrating on advanced scientific cancer research.

In 1993, Dr. Masry continued his studies and competed a three year internal medicine residency with the Western Pennsylvania Hospital. Having a passion for medicine, he worked many years in Pennsylvania as a primary care physician and as an emergency room physician.

Since 2001, Dr. Masry has been a primary care physician, focusing on internal medicine in Brandenton, Florida.

Dr. Masry is proudly involved with Manatee Memorial Hospital as the chairman of the Physician Hospital Organization.

Dr. Eric Guirguis
Periodontist

Dr. Guirguis has been in private practice since 1992, with emphasis on treatment of severe gum problems, cosmetic treatment of gum tissue around teeth, and complex dental implant and rehabilitation cases. He continues to advance his training and knowledge in the fields of Periodontics and dental implants through numerous educational programs.

Dr. Guirguis is also certified in IV and conscious sedation. He is a member of various dental organizations and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.

What makes Dr. Rademaker so special? Although the simple answer is that Dr. Rademaker is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, his diverse cultural background, education, training, and personal interests have yielded a motivational leader who is an artist of the body, mind, and soul.

Upon completion of a general surgery residency at Providence Hospital in Michigan, he finalized his nine years of surgical training with a two year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at one of the top institutions in the country, the Medical College of Wisconsin. Under the guidance of Dr. David L. Larson, a board member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, which oversees all board certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Rademaker honed his art of personal self-improvement. He further nurtured the highest standards of excellence and ethics as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at three hospitals.

Dr. Rademaker's diverse experiential learning, both in medicine and in life, led him to build his own practice that focuses on the individual's holistic well-being. With old world values and knowledge of the most advanced techniques and technology, Dr. Rademaker assembled a staff that focuses on the body, mind, and soul. From nutrition to alternative medicines, Dr. Rademaker provides a compassionate advocate and facilitator of positive change for his clients.
